Eating with Food Intolerance
TI understand how difficult and overwhelming it can be to begin the journey of eating for food intolerance. In the past I have experienced multiple food intolerances including, gluten and dairy, along with some fruits and vegetables. I made many mistakes, but eventually got the hang of it.
You may suspect that you're having trouble with certain foods and want to cut them out, or maybe you already know that you can't eat gluten, dairy or other foods. You may also want to try the FODMAP diet temporarily for IBS.
It's important to ensure that you are still getting the nutrients required when you need to cut out certain foods for your health. This is where I will guide and teach you how to eat properly when you have food intolerance.
