  • Recipe Database: Choose from over 100,000 recipes. Every recipe comes with full nutrition analysis and health labels already calculated. 

  • Recipe Filters: Filter recipes by calories, preparation time, meal type, cuisine type (Asian, Mexican, Indian), diet type (low-fat, high-protein, low-carb, no-sugar, vegan, etc.).

  • Recipes and Meal Plans: Healthy recipes and meal plans that support your weekly focus, adaptable to different dietary needs.

  • Track All Nutrients: Saturated fat, trans fat, mono fat, protein, carbs, sugar, fiber, cholesterol, added sugar, iron, magnesium, sodium, vitamins, and minerals.

  • Track Water: Log water intake in ml

  • Use the photo-sharing feature to visually track adherence and provide encouragement or adjustments.

  • Messaging: Regular check-ins via messaging for personalised support, questions, and motivation.

App requires Android 5.0 and above or iOS 11.0 or later.
