When I first met Nikky May I was on antidepressants and anxiety medications. I had been fighting major depression and anxiety most my life I keep going on and off my meditation because I didn’t like the way I felt on them.

When Nikky explained gut health to me and how It could help with my depression I thought it couldn’t hurt to try. Nikky helped me to understand gut health and eating the right food and also how to read the labels of food products so I could understand what was good for me. Which wasn’t that hard after she explained it to me.

After a while of eating healthy to feed my good gut bacteria I started to lower my antidepressants and finally stopped taking them all together.

Since I feel better than I have been in years and feeling really good being off antidepressants I decided to try coming off my anti-anxiety medication as well. I’m now free from all of the medication and I feel clear minded and human again.

 I was sceptical at the beginning but it really worked I wish someone explained gut health and eating healthy to me 20 years ago so I could have avoided all the antidepressants I have pumped into my body for all those years.
